Shipping Information


Once you have placed an order for a LightObject product, and payment has cleared, most orders are processed & shipped out within the same or next business day. Orders that have been cleared before 1:00 pm (PT) will be processed on the same day but it is not guaranteed. Note: Sometimes a couple of days delay may happen due to holidays, or adverse weather.

To Offset shipping cost, we offer the option for customers to provide their shipping account. For FedEx accounts customers must call pickup.

Note: If you would like your products to be shipped expedited, please note this in the comment section of the order, send us an email to let us know. Additional charges will apply.

Shipping of Laser tubes:

For laser tubes below 80w: If ordered and payment clears before 1 pm PST we will process it as soon as possible.

For Laser tubes 80w and above, after an order has been placed and payment has cleared, you will be contacted via phone and/or email. Our goal is to ship your order as soon as possible, and we want to do so while maintaining the integrity of the warranty we offer for these tubes. This is why you will get an agreement form which explains care for your tube, write model of chiller you are gonna use to cool tube and sign form. Email this signed form back to us as soon as possible via email. Once we have verified the cooling capacity we will ship your tube given that you have signed the agreement form.

Note: We apologize for this minor inconvenience, this applies only to new customers. For existing customers, you might be contacted via phone otherwise the tube will be shipped.

*Laser tubes, 100w, 130w, 150w with verified buyer's chiller cooling capacity will be shipped our on the same workday if cleared before 1 pm.

Shiping of Chillers:

Chillers are shipped after an order has been placed and payment has cleared.

Where can we deliver?

We do shipping all over the United States, Canada, Mexico, and Puerto Rico. We do shipping to parts of Europe as well. We do not ship to PO Boxes and will only ship to a verified address.

What is the shipping cost for products?

LightObject.com tries to keep shipping costs as low as possible, this is why the shipping price depends on the weight of the product, the destination, the shipping method. We try our best to provide an accurate shipping cost.

Freight shipping:

One of our products is laser tubes, and for tubes 100w,130w, 150w, they are securely shipped on a pallet and shipped via freight.

Damaged Goods on Arrival:

LightObject.com carefully selects our carriers based on the safety record and courteous delivery of your products at a reasonable price, However, occasionally damage may occur to a shipment. While this is rare, we ask our customers to follow a simple procedure that will expedite the claim process. If this happens, we ask our customers to notify us within 24 hours of any damage sustained to the packaging and/or products. Contact us via email or phone.

Note: If the Laser tube is broken on arrival, please give us a call as soon as possible. We will ask you for some minor details but once it is cleared, we will ship out a replacement tube on the same day.
