Customers making an order will need to create one registered account. Customer must provide valid and accurate data, this includes name, billing/shipping address as well as payment information.
LightlObject makes an effort to ensure accuracy in our product description, and pricing should there arise an occasion when an error happens. In the event such a mistake happens, the buyer will be contacted with a full explanation of the issue and a corrected offer.
Customers can cancel their order at anytime prior to shipping. Call us as soon as possible, once the order has been shipped the order cannot be canceled. Upon receiving of the package, our Warranty and Returns policy comes into effect.
LightObject cannot be held liable for late deliveries since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond LightObject's control once it leaves our facilities.
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate shipping addresses.
Shipping and delivery times are estimated based on a "business day". Sat, Sun, and Holidays DO NOT count as a business day.
Exchange and Returns
Generally, return shipping is paid by the customer. If the item is determined by LightObject to be defective on arrival or is under warranty only then do we email you a return label.
Customers wanting an exchange or return must contact us first before sending any item back. Any product returned without authorization will not be refunded.
Any product returned and found NOT to be defective can be refunded. Products that are found to be tampered with by the customer will not be replaced but returned at the customer's own expense.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable. Original shipping charges are paid for the services provided by and to the original carrier, and will not be refunded to if your item is returned.
Refurbished products come with no refunds. Only exchanges under a limited warranty.
Product Descriptions and shipping rate
LightObject tries in good faith to be as accurate as possible, we do not warrant that products descriptions or shipping rate is accurate, complete, reliable, or error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time without prior notice. If a key product specification is changed after you place an order or within 7-days of delivery, you can cancel and return the order for a full refund.
The price and availability of items are subject to change without notice.
Coupons are valid for one year from the date issued.
Limit one coupon per transaction.
Returns or exchanges where a Coupon was applied might result in an adjusted refund amount.
LightObject reserves the right to accept, decline or limit the use of any Coupon.
A "Store Credit" can be redeemed only through our website and may only be used towards products offered for sale on our website. To redeem store credit, you must enter your code in the "Coupon" area under the Payment page.
If you use your "Store Credit" to make a purchase on our website and your purchase doesn't exhaust the credit balance on your store credit, please notify us via email then you can use the remaining balance for future purchases. If you use your "Store Credit" to make a purchase on our website which exceeds the credit balance on your "Store Credit", you will have to use another payment method to pay for the remainder of your purchase.
"Store Credit" is not redeemable for cash except as otherwise provided by law.
LightObject is under no obligation to restore the "Store Credit" code.
A "Store Credit" does not expire.
For all PO orders, payment is due 30 days from the invoice date. A late fee of 5% will be applied to past due invoices per month.
